Frequently asked

Real answers, no waffle

How does it work?

We collect your boxes, bags and bike from your door (or your room), store everything safely over the summer, then deliver it all back wherever you are next term. You book and pay online in one go — collection, storage and return are all included.

How is the price worked out?

Flat all-in bundles by item count: £129 for up to 4 items, £249 for up to 12, £349 for up to 20. Collection from your room, storage up to 14 weeks, return delivery and £150 per item cover are all included. No return fees, no distance fees on our routes. Winter vacation storage is £99.

What if I don't know my exact return date or address yet?

No problem at all. Give us your best guess, and just the city is fine if that's all you know right now. You can confirm the exact date and address with us later, free of charge.

Can you collect from and deliver to my room?

Yes, always. A two-person crew collects from your room and returns everything to your room at the other end, whatever floor. It is included in every bundle, never an extra charge.

Do you provide boxes and packing materials?

Yes — add a packing kit when you book and we'll deliver boxes, tape and bubble wrap to you before your collection day, so you're ready to pack.

Is my stuff insured?

Every item is covered to £150 as standard, included in the price, from the moment we collect until it's delivered back. Higher cover is available when you book.
